Michael "Skinny" Hogue; beloved husband of Nanci; loving father of Diane; caring brother of Gina, Kathy Donovan, Lenny, Carl, Jimmy (Robin), Rosie, Paula and Liz (Cathy Cardoni) Butera, and Diana Wolf; fond brother-in-law of Laurie (Tony) Tellier, Ronald (Sandra) Mora, Mari (Don) Ruesch, Barb (Mike) Benstein, Sue (Mike) Mora and Caroline (Kevin) Cantwell; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; good friend to many. He was preceded in death by his parents Michael and Dolores Hogue and his brother Henry Butera.
Born February 14, 1963 in Chicago, he passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013 in Elk Grove Village. He was 49 years old.
A lifelong resident of Wauconda, Skinny was a mechanic who loved hot rods, drag racing and motorcycles.
Visitation will be Friday, January 18, 2013 from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home, 235 N. Main St., Wauconda. Motorcycle attire is requested. Interment will be private.
